On May 15, 2011, two advertizing LED displays from Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (“Absen”) debuted in St. Petersburg, Russia’s second largest city.
Installed atop the head office building of the northwestern branch of Sber Bank, Russia’s largest bank, the two Absen-A1688 displays perfectly match the adjacent Bolsheokhtinsky Bridge on the beautiful Neva River.
