Early in 2009, the Absen full-color outdoor LED display began operating next to one of Prague’s highways in the Holesovicky neighborhood. Its high-brightness, high-definition, and crystal clear images suit the beautiful landscapes of Prague, which is regarded as ‘Europe’s Crown Jewel.’

Situated in the center of Europe, the Czech Republic is a serene inland country. Its climate varies throughout the year, with mild and rainy summers ranging from 25°C to 33°C and cold winters in which the temperature drops to between 10°C and -5°C. According to the local distributor of Absen’s products, the LED display has remained clear, bright, and stable since it began operating in April 2009, regardless of weather conditions. As a result, the customer has generated considerable revenues from advertising.

Encouraged by the success of the first LED display, the customer installed Absen’s market-proven A1088 display in downtown Prague in March 2011, (as shown in the photo below). The A1088 features pixel pitch of 10 mm and is highly regarded by customers.
