	Nov. 2011 Say no to bribing and taking bribes, let’s build up an honest commercial environment together The year 2011 will soon come to an end. Whilst reviewing our work together for the first half of the year, we are going to plan ahead for the next year, as well as the next three to five years. We should take this opportunity to exchange our views on certain matters related to directions and principles.
	Oct. 2011 Looking ahead to a promising future On 18th Sep., 2011 the 10th company anniversary forum of Absen Co. Ltd was held at the Hasee Paradise Hotel in Shenzhen. The event was a simple event compared with the past company anniversaries, but it was “simplicity in form and not in substance”, and the topics covered were extensive and comprehensive. The hard times when the company was founded ten years ago were candidly narrated by the several management staffs, but in their candid recollection stories we could get a glimpse of their ways of thinking. It was like waves stirred up by the wind, quite moving.
	Sep. 2011 Let the flowers of innovation blossom on the production line --- a brief talk on innovation on the production line There is a saying that “The production line is a gold mine, and we should mine it thoroughly.” This metaphor is indeed quite vivid and appropriate, but in the process of creating values there are necessarily also different kinds of wastage. How can we minimize wastage or avoid wastage altogether? I think there can only be one answer: improvement, innovation, team work for improvement and full participation for innovation!

	Mar. 2011 Forging ahead in the name of love in 2011 I wept a lot when I was watching the film “Under the Hawthorn Tree,” so much so that my eyes were still swollen when I went to work the next day. It is a pure love romance movie, and has been commented as the purest love story to date. 	Feb. 2011 The Supplier Conference Absen Supplier Conference was held ceremoniously On January 20th, 2011, Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd held the supplier conference ceremoniously, and the theme is "Developing together, Cooperating to Be win-win, The Strategic Partnership" in Pinghu Hualicheng hotel in Longgang district. More than one hundred representatives of our suppliers and over 300 people attended this conference. This laid down a solid foundation for further cooperation with each other.
