Good Afternoon!
Trials and hardship for 7 years, 7 years flowers in spring and yields fruit in autumn, we go all out all the way, go the same way with song of victory. We get together joyously in the day which is full of joys and laughs to retrospect and share the plentiful and substantial harvest got in the past 7 years and witness the growth of our every single step together. In the most special day, I represent almost 400 staffs of our company to give our warmest welcoming to every guest, to express our most sincere thanks to the friends in the world who support the development of Absen for 7 years, the most sincere thanks also goes to our loyal suppliers and other cooperation partners for their contribution. Lastly, I would like to show my loftiest respect to every employee in Absen and their family members.
In retrospect, our team arrives at almost more than 400 people from 3 people, the capital is from RMB 1 hundred thousand to more than RMB 1 hundred million, the workshop and office area from 20 square meters to nearly 10 thousand square meters, the annual sales volume is from zero to more than 2 hundred million, our products from Shenzhen market to be exported to more than 80 countries and regions in the world, intellectual property rights from none to owning 4 patents and so on. Under the joint efforts by the whole management team and all the employees, the internal administration transforms and the organizational, flow, cultural, workshop constructions have made a big progress. Especially in 2007, we have invited the experts on enterprise management from Tsing Hua University to analyze the development strategy and management framework of our company in systematism. After the analysis, our company has established the layout for the development of Absen in 5 years. This has laid the solid foundation for the stable development of Absen. We have drawed on the wisdom of the masses, have collected, sorted and summed up the reasons and key points for the rapid development of Absen. Such information has been concluded into the core system of Absen Culture-Golden Triangle of Absen Ideologies. Our core value-Trust and Honesty, Appreciation as well as Commitment and Accountability has became the guide line for all the people in Absen. Simultaneously, we have established a series of CI Recognition System of enterprise imagine and put it into effect. And also, we have introduced the first rate and full-automatic LED encapsulation production line which has helped us to forge ahead a steady step into the upstream of industry chain. By owning the production capability of the core parts in the product, it has laid a solid foundation again for the stability of quality and the improvement of performance-price ratio of our main product- Outdoor LED Billboard. At the beginning of 2008, we have accomplished the selecting of the new production base which can produce nearly 4000 square meters of LED Billboard per month. And in May of 2008, this new production base has been used formally on production. Especially, once the implementation of the scheme-employees in our company have the right of owning share of Absen which is the most crucial thing of Absen's development, and 48 old employees have became the new shareholders.
During the past 7 years, there is not only the painstaking and sweat, but also the happiness and harvest. And definitely, the later has taken more parts. Though we have met countless hardship and frustration in the past 7 years, we are still striving hard for much better and stronger. As we always take Absen as a kind of career which is deserved of our hard strive even by taking our all lifetime. Apparently, to build an edifice, we can't just depend on one person's strength. We need many people, need the people with good ability, and need the team with cooperation spirit, high sense of responsibility, faithfulness and sacrifice to create, construct and complete this edifice.
In 2001, when our company was just founded, we have rented an office with 20 square meters by RMB 1 hundred thousand which is saved day by day. The furniture in this office is bought from the junk shop in one district of Shenzhen. The hardiest moment is that we even can't pay for the rental of RMB 2000. But 7 years later, we have already become the outstanding enterprise in this field with annual sales volume over 2 hundred million. We will keep striving for greater breakthrough by taking the Trust and Honesty, Appreciation as well as Commitment and Accountability as the guide line. We will try our utmost to break through the traditional concepts and take the market by adopting the front management philosophy and the practical experience with easy operation. Definitely, we will get more brilliant success by depending on our predominant team and the teammates' excellent learning ability.
In 2009, Absen will step into a new higher development stage. Through establishing all kinds of business activities which match perfect with the market positioning of LED billboard to continually promote the ability of creating the maximal value for customers. By implementing resource sharing and cost control to improve the market competition of LED. We should select a right breakthrough point, pay close attention and seek chance to enter into the commercial illumination field; cultivate actively the ability of resource discovering, resource integrated and resource utilizing; innovate actively on the commerce pattern and establish diversified forms of co-operation and win-win patterns for the customers, channel merchants and suppliers; establish a concise, high-effect organization framework with the definite duties. Via the high-effect performance management system and salary payment stimulating system, even by the means of share or call-option, we should make great efforts to inspire adequately the cohesiveness and creative ability of high-rise administration team. While pursuing the mode of intensive development, we are also willing to draw support from the outside capital actively or adopt flexible and diversified forms to allocate resources in order to realize the mode of extensive development. Especially the foundation of selling and logistics distribution center in the United States and Europe will be the shining dot in the history of Absen's development. And it will also be a crucial and meaningful event as a landmark on the way of the international development.
We will make great efforts to improve the overall quality of leader group, the level of management and the market competitive power and also to strengthen and stipulate the scientific management in order to win the market by excellent service. Our goal is to make the golden brand-Absen more shining and more well-known.
We are always ready to forge ahead into a new year of 2009. Let us make joint efforts and try our utmost to win a bigger glory from the fierce competition in the LED Billboard field. The LED industry which we are engaged in is the national key support industry. But, at the same time, it is the industry which is short of national standard. Through the efforts made in the past 7 years, Absen has already become one of the universally accepted leaders in this industry. We have the responsibility and obligation to promote enterprise own benignity. And we are determined to be the maker of the industry standard within the shortest time.
