Thanksgiving is just the well where you drink

It is better to give than to take. He who drinks water never forget the well digger; he who owes a debt of gratitude will have more well water.

When touching the topic of thanksgiving culture, Zhengjun firstly played a section of video on thanksgiving accompanied by a famous song "my father and mother", the audience present tried their best to hold the tears with dignified expression. Then the staff under his expert guidance closed their eyes and began to listen respectfully to a true story read by Mr. zheng about the co-nurture between a mother and her son. The spot touched everyone's heart and many cannot help hold their tears and the sound of sobbing became clearer in such silence. At that moment, every one stood up and swore: "I promise to thank my parents, to thank my enterprise, to thank my boss and to thank the society and everyone once obliged to me".
This is not a ceremony; it is an echo of the staff's soul. It did happen in the training given by Zhengjun, the lecturer from Shenzhen Jucheng Science and Technology.  His vivid gesture and emotional words expounded the "way to a successful enterprise".

Senior leaders, Dennis Ren, Tongsheng Cao and Zhifeng Chen attended the training also and shared the atmosphere together with other staffs.
At half past fourteen, all the seats in the meeting room was occupied.

"Where do we get the salary?" Zhengjun asked but did not reply directly. He then played a film segment of the film CEO about the smashing refrigerator and answered the question above using the hero's words "if we do not smash these bad refrigerators today, others will smash our factory tomorrow". 

"To do your job well needs sense of responsibility, active attitude, far sight, intention of giving and one heart of thanks".

Based on this, he expanded his scope and emphasized the importance of thanksgiving culture on person, on society and on enterprise. To repay parents' kindness is the Chinese virtue and it is also the base of thanksgiving culture.

It is worth working hard if we can render our service to repay others'  kindness. Even in an enterprise, each one should cherish the opportunity of his job and training because it is not easy to get. Only did we truly understand "strictness means love, looseness refers to indulgence", we can get the sense of success and make the enterprise more promising.  These words are exactly the annotation of the core value of Absen, and stir a big round of applause.

The videos of "building the thanksgiving culture" and "my father and mother" together with the true story of co-nurture of mother and son make the training reach another climax.
