Approaching the end of September, Absen held a two-day training on the company's MIS, with Mr. Ding Yanhui, general manager as the lecturer. The training clearly defined the application of the logo and designated Bee as the company's mascot for its insight, wisdoms, diligence, teamwork, and dedication.
Mr. Ding constructively composes the Golden Triangle of MIS Absen, in which the system of core value is expounded as trust and honesty, having and giving, and responsibility and accountability. His humorous and scrupulous words vividly defines the company's core value, mission, slogan, as well as the connotation of the ideas of operating, managing and serving.
Encouraged by General Manager, employees present were eager to ask different questions, which made the training more than expected. Training is the biggest welfare given by the company, Mr. Ding said. He points out the importance of training many times.
